Bachrach Men’s Clothing

The Bachrach engagement was for the Web / e-commerce strategy design and development. This strategy included a competitive assessment of the three top performing men’s clothing websites. Our team developed a systematic process to evaluate these competitors based on over 150 key factors. The factors were grouped into 10 primary categories. Each factor was quantified on a point scale and indexed to arrive at a valid, measurable metric for site assessment. Prior to this launch 97 percent of sales resided within the brick-and-mortar catalog business. Nine months after launch of the new website for e-commerce, the online channel accounted for more than 35 percent of total sales. This growth made Bachrach an attractive option for a larger retailer who purchased the Bachrach brand.
