Joe’s philosophy is to clearly define what each client is looking for and provide
solutions that maximize return on investment. His understanding of marketing
and delivery is complemented by his unusually broad base of business
experience. This, coupled with his design and sales experience in a variety of
media, makes him a valued asset to his clients.
Joe has received numerous awards for work with clients ranging from healthcare
giants like Humana and Scottsdale Healthcare to technology providers and
other Fortune 500 companies. Trained in marketing at Arizona State University,
Bob Hobbs Jr. - Business Development
Bob’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for teaching others how to achieve their dreams ultimately led him to take his talents to the stage. Although he is frequently hired to share his message at private corporate events, Bob has also performed in large venues such as Scottsdale Center for The Arts and Dodge Theatre. Personally or professionally, Bob’s high-energy, self development programs are a must for everyone. For over 11 years, Bob played a vital role in the development and growth of his family's third-generation family owned and operated business. With over 400 associates and total company revenue exceeding $100 Million, sales soared and confidence was high during his tenure. Bob served as Executive Vice President and was responsible for business development, sales & marketing, advertising and customer service training.
Danielle Sittu,ABC - Writer / Marketing and Communications Strategist
Accredited by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC),
Danielle has more than 18 years of communications experience, and has
achieved stellar results for the clients she has served. From corporate to nonprofit
to government agencies, Danielle has worked with small-, medium- and
Fortune 100-sized companies in healthcare, banking, avionics, hospitality,
industrial, real estate and high-tech industries.
Danielle has managed the internal and external communications programs of
a global Fortune 500 giant. When first recruited, she led this company’s efforts
to integrate 15,000 employees following a hostile acquisition. After a short
time, her responsibilities grew to include managing global strategic internal
and external communications programs including: employee communications;
Human Resources communications; local, national, international and trade
media relations; crisis communications; executive communications; intranet and
Internet communications.
Danielle earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and has won multiple state, regional and international awards for her work, including IABC’s prestigious Gold Quill. She also was named IABC/Phoenix’s Communicator of the Year in 2001.
Kevin Cornwell - Creative Director / Front End Web Design
With 12 years experience in design, Kevin has held a senior role in developing
creative solutions for major brands such as 20th Century Fox, IWERKS
Entertainment, Bissell, NBA , Levis, MTV , Chrysler, Kraft, Georgia-Pacific,
FileMaker and Sage Software.
Kevin’s career began at Adrienne Weiss LA after attending Art Center College of Design in Pasadena CA, where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Advertising. From the beginning, he built his core strengths from a deep understanding of brand identity, visual communication and later an advanced knowledge of interactive design. Simultaneous to this, Kevin also pursued a career with a unique group of talent, comprised mainly of Art Center grads and local LA agency superstars to form Cnation, an interactive hot house with clients ranging from retail and entertainment to consumer products. It was here that Kevin wrote the line “We Mean Clean” that Bissell still uses today.
With the fall of the new.com era and icons like the Pets.com sock puppet, the group disbanded, but the idea of the collaborative creative way stuck with Kevin and he’s embraced this process throughout his career.
Michelle Schneider - Art Director / Senior Graphic Designer
Michelle has seven years of experience as a graphic designer specializing in
the creation of printed marketing collateral for the healthcare, real estate and
engineering industries. She has extensive knowledge of the offset printing
process, excellent visual communication skills, and the creative talent to
produce innovative designs for her clients. Michelle’s ability to manage multiple
projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment makes her a valued
Solution48 team member.
Prior to joining Solution48, Michelle worked as a graphic designer for RBI real estate in Phoenix, Arizona, and as an industrial tradeshow designer for Nimlok Company in Chicago, Illinois. Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Computer Animation from Purdue University.
Ryan Carr - Senior Graphic Designer
Ryan brings more than seven years of experience to the Solution48 team in the
field of creative design, with an emphasis on retail creative design and Website
creation. He has an inventive and original creative vision which has produced
superior, yet successful, campaigns for his clients.
Ryan’s prestigious client list includes the Dial Corporation, Adidas, the Phoenix Suns, Best Western and Food & Life Magazine. Ryan’s ability to understand his clients’ direction and interpret their desires into images is essential in his role as creative director. Carefully balancing creativity with project management skills makes him an integral member of the Solution48 team. P rior to this venture, Ryan also worked for Immedient and Square One design. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication from the University of Arizona.
Brian Kevitt - Director of Online Technology
Brian possesses10 years of diverse experience in the technology field. He has
acquired numerous skills and clients after starting his own firm specializing
in Internet technology. Specifically, he has concentrated experience in the
golf industry, as and has consulted with two start-up technology companies
(Evergreen Internet and Subia Interactive), and has worked for Accenture. He
has held prior roles as Quality Assurance team lead, business analyst, project
manager, web developer, data architect, system administrator and strategic
alliance manager.
Brian’s client list includes Motorola SPS , Sharpe Electronics, OceanSpray Cranberries, Gateway Computers, Qwest Communications, University of Phoenix, Arizona State Foundation, The Sharper Image, The National High School Coaches Association and ESPN Golf Schools. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Eric Benjamin - Director of Online Marketing
Eric has over 10 years of experience in online marketing, strategic management and marketing/sales operations. He has held executive director positions with major Internet companies including Women.com and iVillage.com, where he was responsible for the direction of online advertising implementation, email marketing and sales operations for over 40 websites, including 13 leading Hearst magazine brands such as Good Housekeeping, Cosmopolitan and Harper’s Bazaar. He also managed the strategic direction for more than 30 additional affiliate/partner sites.
Eric has an extensive online client base of Fortune 500 companies, including P&G, J&J, Merck, Bristol Myers, Merrill Lynch, Visa and Big Five motor companies. He pioneered online advertising initiatives for his clients, launching the first Rich Media overlay ads with GM and the first broadband detection to deliver streaming video commercials based on connection speeds with P&G. In addition, Eric has directed web development teams, most recently serving as Director of Online Strategy in the education market for Universal Technical Institute, Inc., which owns and operates schools with nationwide locations. He also led field sales operations teams in the telecommunications industry. Eric holds a BA, with honors, in marketing from Washington State University and attended the Norwegian School of Management/Marketing (BI), in Oslo, Norway.
